Priority Mode, New Need Updates Status And Posts Auto-Accept

Jan 12, 2026

It's been a long time since the last significant EasyBloggers' update, and there is a simple reason for that: Primfeed is taking a lot of time to develop.

However, this year I would like to put more focus on its development because that's where it all started, and I have big plans for it. Thank you everyone, for staying around and sending me feedback via the Google Form. It helps choose what to work on next!

New Priority Mode

The current Priority system is simple: Designers can assign a priority to their products, which tells and enforces which products their bloggers can take first. The system works great, and designers love this feature, especially when they are releasing products in Events.

Bloggers, however, felt frustrated when one high-priority item blocked them from working on products they were excited about. I'm happy to introduce two new modes to the system.

Enforced Mode (the way it works today): Your bloggers must follow the priority order. Perfect for time-sensitive releases where you need strict control over what gets promoted first. Example: You're releasing a new product at Fameshed and need that product blogged before anything else.

Suggested Mode (new!): Priorities become guidelines instead of roadblocks. Your bloggers see what you consider important, but they're free to blog whatever inspires them in the moment. Example: You have three new releases. You'd love the dress blogged first so you set it to High Priority, but if your blogger is feeling that jewelry set today, they can choose to blog that instead.

New Need Updates Status

A blogger posts your new release, but they made a typo on the landmark to the event. Under the old system, you'd have to reject the entire post just to fix the SLURL. That rejection goes on their record, and they have to start over. It is frustrating for everyone.

With the introduction of the Need Updates status, leave a comment explaining what needs fixing, and the blogger can revise and resubmit, with no rejection on their record.

There's no limit to revision rounds, and posts can be cancelled if needed.

Posts Auto-Accept

Posts sitting in review forever has been a problem for Bloggers . If you go on vacation or pause your store, your bloggers' work just sits there.

With this new system, posts will be automatically accepted. Note that this setting cannot be disabled, but the expiration time can be edited up to 30 days.

I hope you enjoy these new features, and stay tuned for new ones in the near future!
